Last of the Nephilim Cover

I thought you might want to get a look at the next Oracles of Fire book cover. It's called Last of the Nephilim, and it should be out in the spring of 2008, the Lord willing. For a larger image, click here.

If readers of Enoch's Ghost would like to guess who the two girls on the cover are, go ahead and post your guess. No fair posting the answer if I have already told you or you learned it through my message forum.

If you are so inclined, please pray for me as I write. I have a lot of work to do, and, it seems, not enough time to do it. God has always strengthened me in the past, and I trust that He will do so again, but I would appreciate prayer from God's faithful.

Great cover I really like it. I believe the two girls on the cover are Acacia and Paili because Paili looks younger, and, as you said, she had brown hair. I cannot wait for it to come out. I will keep praying for your daughter and for you. Good luck on your next book!

Thank you, sapphira_adi.

Acacia is correct. Paili is not correct, but good guess.

Hi,
I really like the cover. A new theme for a new book. I think the two girls are Acacia and Ashley.
Can't wait for this book to come out!

Thank you, Mary.

The girl with white hair and blue cloak is Acacia, but the girl with braids is not Ashley.

I think that the girl next to Acacia is Karen.

Clefspeare said...

No, that girl is not Karen.

I regret that I haven't been able to read the the Oracles of Fire series yet. I'm still on DIOM. If there as good as DIOM is then I can't wait to get my hands on them

I think that Listener is the one with the braids next to Acacia.

Clefspeare said...

Yes, Tiffany, that is Listener.

Good job!

No fair! I was going to say Lostener was the girl with braids! I guess you beat me to it. At least I got Acacia right, anyway. Good job, anyway. Great cover, Bryan! Can't wait to read it!

I'm pretty sure that it's EAATHER Sapphira_adi or Acacia. *After reading what that acacia is correct, i'm going with that* And the little girl is Listener, because the is holding the telescope thing. Am i right?

Clefspeare said...

You are right. That is Listener.

I love your books!!! creative and inspiring! I as a writer as well love it because my name is literally Sapphira Adi. Very moving. I would have been very upset if the dragons in our midst books ended after the first four. So happy you kept writing!!!!!! the oracles of fire is a very lovely insight on what happened in the past. Less confusing, it cleared up any lingering questions i had before.
I will be trying to publish some of my poetry soon. i will send you details entitling publishing and titles.
I am also in the process of writing a story called pearl drop. a si-fi of a young girl who one night her parents were killed and her mothers last words were for her to find her older cousin who looks just like her and search for those who seek to steal something from the family, a hidden treasure. and to get revenge. but she is to never make friends and travel till she tracks down the killers and puts to rest the family secret.

My brother asked me for a good book to do his book report on for school and I gave the first book in the DIOM series. He loved the book and wanted the rest of the books which totally shocked me because he never reads unless its for school. Now I can't wait for Last of the Nephilim because next year I'll be a freshman in college.

Last of the Nephilim is schedule to come out in June, probably by the end of the month.

It has been almost a year since Enoch's Ghost, but I have written two other books in a new series since then, Beyond the Reflection's Edge, which is now available in stores, and Eternity's Edge, which will come out in October.

Is it going to be the last one, about Billy, and all the others?

Nathan Dufour, CO

Thank you for your quick answer

Bryan Davis said...

Anonymous,

The fourth book in the Oracles of Fire series is the last one I have planned in the Billy, Bonnie, and others storyline. I might come back to it someday, but I have no plans for it now.
